Input passed to the "template" parameter in "apexec.pl" isn't properly verified, before it is used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources, which can disclose sensitive information. Example: http://[victim]/cgi-bin/apexec.pl?template=[file]%%0000.html The vulnerability has been confirmed on version 1.10 (2002-03-06). Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised. Use another product.
