DESCRIPTION:
An vulnerability has been reported in HP Serviceguard, which
potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a
vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error, which
reportedly can be exploited by non-root users on a subnet to gain
escalated privileges.

The vulnerability affects the following versions:
* HP Serviceguard A.11.13, A.11.14, A.11.15.00, and A.11.16.00.
* HP Cluster Object Manager A.01.03, B.01.04, B.02.02.00, B.03.00.00,
and B.03.00.01.
* HP Serviceguard for Linux A.11.14.04 and A.11.15.04.
* HP Cluster Object Manager for Linux B.02.01.02 and B.02.02.02.
