DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Moodle, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Moodle fails to verify some input passed to the "glossary" module
properly before it is used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to
manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Some other unspecified security issues, where input is not properly
sanitised, have also been reported.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.4.1. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.4.2.
