DESCRIPTION:
Donnie Werner has reported a vulnerability in E-Data, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Some input when adding a new user to the directory (e.g. first and
last name) is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be
exploited to inject arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be
executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site
when the malicious personal information is viewed (e.g. after
searching for the user).

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.0. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
