DESCRIPTION:
Kevin Finisterre has reported a vulnerability in BlueSoleil, which
can be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error in the
Object Push service. This can be exploited via directory traversal
attacks to upload files to arbitrary locations on the system.

Successful exploitation requires access to the Object Push service.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.4. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the Object Push service or disable it.
