DESCRIPTION:
Dr_insane has reported a vulnerability in Web Crossing, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Input passed to "WebX" and "webx" isn't properly sanitised before
being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context
of an affected site.

Example:
http://[victim]/webx?@[code]

The vulnerability has been reported in version 5.0. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Filter malicious characters and character sequences in a proxy server
or firewall with URL filtering capabilities.
