DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in various Macromedia products,
which potentially can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain
escalated privileges.

The problem is that the configuration for the Macromedia Licensing
Service has improper permissions and can be modified by arbitrary
users. This may be exploited to execute arbitrary code with escalated
privileges.

SOLUTION:
Apply hotfix.
