DESCRIPTION:
FreeBSD has issued an update for bzip2. This fixes a vulnerability,
which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).

Additionally, a race condition when setting file permissions has also
been fixed.

SOLUTION:
Install fixed version or apply patch.
