DESCRIPTION:
Stefan Lochbihler has discovered a vulnerability in PHPsFTPd, which
can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the authentication
process and makes it possible to access the administration interface
by defining the "do_login" parameter.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.4. Versions 0.2
through 0.4 are reportedly also affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that administrators are properly
authenticated.
