DESCRIPTION:
LazyCrs and pjphem have reported a security issue in Blog Torrent,
which can be exploit by malicious people to gain knowledge of
sensitive information.

The security issue is caused due to Blog Torrent storing its password
file in an accessible directory under the web root and can be
exploited by malicious people to gain knowledge of password hashes by
directly downloading the file.

The security issue has been reported in version 0.92. Prior versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the password file.
