DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in XOOPS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) or
compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to vulnerable versions of
PHPMailer and XML-RPC being used.
