This can be exploited to edit the "header.php" file and include PHP scripts that will be executed on the server when the web site is viewed. Example: http://[host]/admin/PhpMyExplorer/editerfichier.php?chemin=.&fichier=header.php&type=Source 2) Input passed to the "SITE_Path" parameter in menu_dx.php, and the "CONTENTS_Dir" parameter in menu_sx.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local and remote resources. Examples: http://[host]/menu_dx.php?SITE_Path=[file]%00 http://[host]/menu_sx.php?CONTENTS_Dir=[file]%00 Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled and "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled. 3) Input passed to the "TABLE_Width", "SITE_Author_Domain", "SITE_Author", and "L_Info" parameters in footer.php, and to multiple parameters in header.php, menu_dx.php, and menu_sx.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site. Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled It may also be possible to inject arbitrary HTML and script code via HTTP_REFERER and HTTP_USER_AGENT HTTP headers, which will be executed in the administrative user's browser session when the visitor log is viewed. The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 3.4. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
