DESCRIPTION:
deluxe89 has discovered a vulnerability in PaFileDB, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "user" parameter in includes/admin/auth.php using
the cookie is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query.
This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary
SQL code.

Successful exploitation allows bypassing the administrative login
procedure, but requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled and
$authmethod="cookies" is used.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 3.1. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Disable cookie-based authentication.
