DESCRIPTION:
rgod has discovered two vulnerabilities in PBLang, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information and
compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed to the "u" parameter in "setcookie.php" isn't
properly verified, before it is used to include files. This can be
exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources.

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.

2) Input passed to some fields in "ucp.php" when updating a user's
profile isn't properly sanitised before being stored in a user
configuration file. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary PHP
code via the quotation mark character. 

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.

A combination of the vulnerabilities #1 and #2 can be exploited to
execute arbitrary PHP code.

The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 4.65. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
