Secunia hat zwei freie Stellen als Junior und Senior Spezialist in IT- Sicherheit: http://secunia.com/secunia_vacancies/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TITLE: phpCommunityCalendar Multiple Vulnerabilities SECUNIA ADVISORY ID: SA16721 VERIFY ADVISORY: http://secunia.com/advisories/16721/ CRITICAL: Moderately critical IMPACT: Security Bypass, Cross Site Scripting, Manipulation of data WHERE: >From remote SOFTWARE: phpCommunityCalendar 4.x http://secunia.com/product/5671/ DESCRIPTION: rgod has discovered some vulnerabilities in phpCommunityCalendar, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting, script insertion and SQL injection attacks. 1) Input passed to the "Username" parameter in "webadmin/login.php" and the "LocationID" parameter in "week.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled. 2) Input passed to certain fields when adding an event isn't properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in an administrator's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious event is viewed when approving events. 3) Input passed to the "LocationID" and "font" parameters in various scripts, and the "CeTi", "Contact", "Description "and "ShowAddress" parameters in "event.php" isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 4.0.3. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
