DESCRIPTION:
Seth Fogie has reported a vulnerability in vxTftpSrv, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service), or
potentially to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an boundary error in handling an
overly long filename, and can be exploited to crash the sevice, or
potentially to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.7.0. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the service.
