DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in OpenVMS, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error and can be
exploited by a non-privileged user to crash the system.

The vulnerability has been reported in HP OpenVMS Alpha V7.3-2.
