This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Example: http://[host]/help/?mid=6&m2id=26&faq_id=[sql] 2) Input passed to the "search_string" parameter in the ticket search form is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query.
