The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the IMAP server when handling the "Rename" command. This can be exploited to crash the service by attempting to rename non-existing folders. The vulnerability has been confirmed in MailEnable Enterprise version 1.1 with hotifx ME-10008, and also in MailEnable Professional version 1.7. Prior versions may also be affected.
