DESCRIPTION:
r0t has discovered a vulnerability in Ideal BB.NET, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Input passed to certain parameters (e.g.  "forumID", "boardID",
"postID", "catID", and "memberID") in the URL isn't properly
sanitised before being returned to the user in a custom error page
("/ibb/errors/Error.aspx"). This can be exploited to execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context
of an affected site.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 2.0.31.11 and also
reported in version 1.3. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that error messages are properly
sanitised before being displayed.
