DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in multiple ISS products, which can
be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to the Application Protection module
not dropping its privileges before invoking the help dialog. This can
be exploited to execute arbitrary programs on the system with SYSTEM
privileges.

The vulnerability has been reported in the following products:
* BlackIce PC Desktop for Windows 3.6
* BlackICE PC Protection (Consumer)
* BlackICE Server Protection (Consumer)
* BlackICE Agent for Server (Corporate)
* RealSecure Desktop 3.6 and 7.0 (Corporate)

SOLUTION:
Grant only trusted users access to affected systems.

NOTE: The vulnerability does reportedly not affect Proventia Desktop
(replacement product for RealSecure Desktop 3.6 and 7.0) or Proventia
Server (replacement product for BlackICE Agent for Server).
