DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in GlobalSCAPE Secure FTP Server,
which potentially  can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
processing of custom commands and can be exploited to crash the
service by supplying an overly long parameter.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.1.4 Build 01.10.2006.
