The problem is caused due to user credentials being stored in the "forum/db/forum.mdb" database file inside the web root. This can be exploited to disclose the administrator's username and password. The security issue has been reported in version 6.1. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Restrict web access to the "forum.mdb" database file.
