DESCRIPTION:
Adam Pointon has reported a vulnerability in Cisco Hosting Solution
Engine (HSE) and Cisco User Registration Tool (URT), which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

This is related to vulnerability #2 in:
SA19736

SOLUTION:
Apply fixes.

Update to version 2.5.5(A1) for the URT appliance.
