Input passed to the "surveyid" parameter in "save.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. This can further be exploited to include arbitrary PHP code injected into web log files (requires that the web log file is world-readable). The vulnerability has been reported in version 0.995. Prior versions may also be affected.
