DESCRIPTION:
luny has reported some vulnerabilities in iFdate, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and
script insertion attacks.

1) Input passed to various parameters (e.g. the "username" and
"password" parameters during login) is not properly sanitised before
being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary
HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a
vulnerable site.

2) Input passed in various parameters is not properly sanitised
before being used (e.g. when viewing a message sent by another user).
This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which
is executed in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable
site when viewed.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.1. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.

Use another product.
