DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Asterisk, which can be exploited
by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error within the
IAX2 channel driver (chan_iax2). This can be exploited to cause
random crashes of the Asterisk server via a malicious IAX2 client.

The vulnerability has been reported in versions prior to 1.2.9.1 and
prior to 1.0.11.1.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.2.9.1 or 1.0.11.1.
