DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in myPHP Guestbook, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Input passed to the "comment", "email", "homepage", "id", "name", and
"text" parameters in index.php, the "comment", "email", "homepage",
"number", "name", and "text" parameters in admin/guestbook.php, and
the "email", "homepage", "icq", "name", and "text" parameters in
admin/edit.php isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the
user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code
in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1.
Prior versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.0.2 or later.
