DESCRIPTION:
R00t[ATI] has reported a vulnerability in vbPortal, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information and
potentially compromise a vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "bbvbplang" cookie parameter is not properly
verified, before it is used to include files. This can be exploited
to include arbitrary files from local resources.

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.

This can further be exploited to include arbitrary PHP code injected
into Apache web logs.

The vulnerability has been reported in versions 3.0.2 through
3.6.0b1. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
