DESCRIPTION:
Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in Festalon, which
potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a
user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the
"FESTAHES_Load()" function when processing HES files. This can be
exploited to cause a heap corruption and may allow arbitrary code
execution when a specially crafted HES file is opened.

The vulnerability has been reported in versions 0.5.0 through 0.5.5.
Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Do not open untrusted HES files.
