DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in DB2, which can be exploited
by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

1) An unspecified error during the CONNECT / ATTACH processing can be
exploited to cause a DoS.

2) An unspecified error after the CONNECT processing can be exploited
to cause a DoS.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 8 FixPak 13.
