DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IBM AIX, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in dtterm and
allows execution of arbitrary code with root privileges.

Apply APARs.
