DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP-UX, which can be exploited by
malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when running
X.25.

The vulnerability has been reported in HP-UX versions B.11.00,
B.11.11, and B.11.23.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.

HP-UX B.11.00:
Install patch PHNE_34009 or later.

HP-UX B.11.11:
Install patch PHNE_34988 or later.

HP-UX B.11.23:
Install patch PHNE_34999 or later.
