DESCRIPTION:
nnposter has reported a security issue in SafeWord RemoteAccess,
which can be exploited by malicious, local users to disclose
sensitive information.

The problem is due to storing sensitive information base-64 encoded
in
[application_directory]\SERVERS\Web\Tomcat\usercenter\WEB-INF\login.conf
and as plaintext in [application_directory]\SERVERS\Shared\signers.cfg
with insecure permissions. This can be exploited  to disclose the
UserCenter webportal password and database encryption and signing
keys.

The security issue is reported in version 2.1. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
The vendor recommends only granting trusted users access to the
system.
