DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IBM AIX, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is due to an error in the acctctl command, which
invokes mkdir without an absolute pathname. This allows execution of
arbitrary code with "root" privileges.

Successful exploitation requires membership of the "adm" group.

SOLUTION:
Apply APARs.
