DESCRIPTION:
Michael Klinger has reported a security issue in OneOrZero Helpdesk,
which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to the use of a predictable method
to generate new passwords after a password reset. This can can be
exploited to guess the new passwords.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 1.6.5.4.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.6.5.4.
