DESCRIPTION:
Greg Linares has discovered a security issue in MiniHTTP Web Forum &
File Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass
certain security restrictions.

Input passed to the "frmMailBox" parameter in join.asp is not
properly sanitized before being processed.  This can be exploited to
add a new forum user with PowerUser privileges.

The security issue is confirmed in MiniHTTP Web Forum & File Server
PowerPack v4.0.  Other versions may also be affected.
