DESCRIPTION:
Nms has discovered a vulnerability in PunBB, which can be exploited
by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

Input to the "language" parameter in register.php during user
registration is not properly verified before it is stored and used to
include files. This can be exploited to include files from local
resources. This can further be exploited to execute arbitrary PHP
code by including previously uploaded malicious avatar images.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 1.2.13. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.2.14.
