This can be exploited to perform certain actions with "root" privileges. 2) The temporary file "/tmp/output" is created insecurely by /Library/OpenBase/bin/openexec. This can be exploited to create arbitrary root-owned, world-writable files via symlink attacks. The vulnerabilities are reported in version 10.0. Other versions may also be affected.
