DESCRIPTION:
Tal Argoni has reported a vulnerability in DeskPRO, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.

Input to the "message" and "subject" parameters in newticket.php is
not properly sanitised before it is stored. This can be exploited to
insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious
user data is viewed.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 2.0.1 and 2.0.0. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Filter malicious characters and character sequences in a proxy or
firewall.
