DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in the Linux Kernel, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to overwrite arbitrary files.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the
"do_coredump()" function in fs/exec.c and can be exploited to
overwrite arbitrary files.

The vulnerability is reported in version kernel 2.6.19. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.6.19.1.
