DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP-UX, which can potentially be
exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when running
ARPA transport.

The vulnerability is reported in HP-UX B.11.11 and B.11.23.
