DESCRIPTION:
FortConsult has discovered some vulnerabilities in TeeChart Pro
ActiveX Control, which can be exploited by malicious people to
compromise a user's system.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to the "Import.LoadFromURL()" and
"Export.asText.SaveToFile()" insecure methods of TeeChart Pro ActiveX
control (TeeChart7.ocx). This can be exploited to e.g. load an
arbitrary URI containing a specially crafted ".tee" file and save the
result in an arbitrary location on a user's system.

Successful exploitation requires that the user is e.g. tricked into
visiting a malicious web site.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 7.0.1.3. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Do not browse untrusted web sites.
