A vulnerability has been discovered in WinDVD, which can be exploited
by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 7.0.27.172. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
A fix is not available for version 7.

Upgrade to version 8, which does not include the vulnerable
component.
