DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in BEAST/BSE, which potentially
can be exploited by malicious, local users to perform certain actions
with escalated privileges.

The security issue is caused due to BEAST/BSE failing to check
whether it has successfully dropped its privileges via "seteuid()"
and "setreuid()". This can potentially be exploited to perform
certain actions as the root user.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 0.7.1.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 0.7.1.
