The vulnerability is caused due to an infinite loop when WebSpeed agents call _edit with no additional parameter. This can be exploited to cause a DoS due to CPU exhaustion by requesting a special WebSpeed URL. The vulnerability is reported in Progress 9.1e. Other versions may also be affected.
