DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP-UX, which can potentially be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when running
ARPA transport.

The vulnerability is reported in HP-UX B.11.11, B.11.23, and B.11.31.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
