DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Solaris, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the DTrace
dynamic tracing framework and can be exploited to cause the system to
panic or become unresponsive via certain DTrace programs.

Successful exploitation requires at least "PRIV_DTRACE_USER"
privileges.

The vulnerability affects Solaris 10 for SPARC platform and may also
occur on x86 based systems.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
