DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in Kaspersky Anti-Spam, which can
potentially be exploited by malicious, local users to manipulate
certain files.

The problem is caused due to insecure access permissions on files of
application components if they were previously updated using a
package of modified application files from previous product versions.

SOLUTION:
Apply Critical Fix 2 (3.0.278.4).
