DESCRIPTION:
Luigi Auriemma has reported two vulnerabilities in CellFactor:
Revolution, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to
cause a DoS (Denial of Service) or compromise a vulnerable system.

1) A boundary error within the processing of type 0x21, 0x22, and
0x23 message packets can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow.

2) A format string error can be exploited via a specially-crafted
client nickname containing format string specifiers.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.03. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Host and play games on trusted networks only.
